Why do i see Carvoeiro.Rentals Advertised with Book Now on only some properties?
At Pac4Portugal we offer a mixture of villas where we are only rental agents on behalf of villa owners and also a select number of properties which we are also the property managers. The Pac4Portugal service for you as a rental client is the same.
However, those select villas which we directly manage and promote for rentals, allow us more control of your experience during your stay. We are proactively trying to enhance the experience more for you, as rental clients and for the property owners. We are continuously improving the properties and our knowledge of Portugal. You should contact us to check the availability of your chosen property and not book your flights before we send you written confirmation of your booking. If you book your flights in advance, your chosen rental weeks are not guaranteed to be available when you select to book with us. You are then restricted by your flights that may not match your preferred property.
