Every rental property now has to register its activity with the local authorities and meet set regulation and safety standards.  We use our experience and knowledge in the team to help clients obtian the licence.  With this your property is going in the right direction to be legally a rental entity

Fiscal Help

 

Working with dedicated accountants we can now offer you the right fiscal representation so that your IRS, IVA and end of year accounts competently undertaken.  In addition we can arrange the necessary receipts you are now required to supply to rental clients

In 2015 we asked Alex and Fernando of Pac4Portugal to take on full responsibility for the management of our property Casa Rostra, in addition to the rental role.  The full management role involved responsibility for staff, maintenance of the villa, finance and general advice.  They also produced a very informative villa booklet which guests have valued.
